Information we collect
DoneFlow collects the contact, business-process, payment-reference, and project information needed to scope, sell, build, support, and improve the service. Payment card details are collected by Stripe, not by DoneFlow. Connection credentials must be authorized through approved secure methods and are not requested in plaintext.
How information is used
We use information to provide proposals and contracted services, communicate about projects, prevent abuse, operate securely, keep audit records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
Authorized infrastructure, payment, communication, and integration providers may process only the information needed for their role. Records are retained for operational, contractual, security, and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified under the operator's retention schedule.
Your choices
You may opt out of acquisition messages at any time. You may also ask about access, correction, or deletion, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.
