Service and agreement
DoneFlow provides fixed-scope business automation services. The accepted proposal, its scope, exclusions, price, payment schedule, and delivery expectations form part of the agreement. A proposal is not accepted until the required start payment is confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, lawful authorization to connected systems, timely access and review, and permitted content. Passwords must never be submitted through forms, chat, or email.
Changes, acceptance, and balances
Work outside the purchased scope requires separate review. Growth and Advanced projects retain the final balance shown in the accepted proposal; delivery remains pending until the required final payment is confirmed. Any included correction or revision rights are limited to the accepted scope.
Availability and responsibility
Systems depend on customer and third-party services. DoneFlow does not promise uninterrupted availability of external providers and is not responsible for unauthorized customer use. No leads, appointments, sales, or revenue are guaranteed.
Starter cancellation and separate costs
For the $499 one-time Starter service, we provide a full refund before build work starts. After work starts, we refund unfinished work. Approved third-party costs are separate. The customer must have their own active GoHighLevel account; its subscription, domain and messaging costs are not included. Scope and delivery timing are confirmed before payment. Starter is an assisted installation service, not an instant download or fully unattended installation.
